Level 400, Completed both previous quests, 30 Million Zen (at least).

To begin this quest, speak to Priest Devlin on Barracks of Baglass.

Stage one

* Objective: Collect 3x Feather of Dark Phoenix, 3x Flame of Death Beam Knight and 3x Horn of Hell Maine.

Hunt the respective monsters to collect 3 of each item. Dark Phoenix (Icarus) for the Feather, Death Beam Knight (Tarkan) for the Flame, and Hell Maine (Aida) for the Horn. Return for Priest Devlin for the second stage of the quest.

Stage two

* Objective: Kill 10 of each monster in Barracks.

Once the mission is done, go back to Devlin and get the third and final stage of the quest.

Stage three

* Objective: Kill 1 Baglass Servant.

Go deep inside the Barracks, and you will reach the Guardian, asking for permission from Devlin. Once he lets you in, slay the foul beast and return to Priest Devlin to complete your quest.
